I'd love to visit Dangriga next time I go. The two drummers (Joe and "Cones") from there who were in San Pedro for new years eve . Really nice guys and great drummers and said the music in Dangriga was amazing. I love all the friendly people I met in Belize!

I am going back someday for sure...

Yeah;
glad you liked it.
Let people know and in the process maybe the Mayans can get some help...
They can use all they can get, especially in Guatemala.

Yeah! Great! I don't bother with Anything but Caye Caulker or Punta Gorda or some other coastal places that have real cultural juice (to me).

I am so glad you had a blast. ATM is always some place for me to bust my butt, Tikal is my multiple stairmaster to heavens. I hope you got to SI to try some of the food and ambiance. Cahal Pech is nice. There are some places that are just as for less but you can walk to town and that is such a plus!

Again, congrats on a fine trip well enjoyed. Making plans on another return said this Belize "junkie"?

LOVED IT.

We stayed at Cahal Pech in San Ignatio for 6 days and then in a rental house north of San Pedro on Ambergirs Caye. Love the people, the food, the jungle, the ocean.

We did the "ATM" cave trip (amazing), cave tubing, trip to Tikal (mind blowing), snorkeling, and lots of relaxing. New Years eve in San Pedro was a blast. Stayed up all night drumming with some guys from Dangriga, dancing, etc.

I can't wait to go back to Belize again someday...

Next time I'd stay on Caye Caulker though, Ambergris was a bit crowded.
